Woman Calls Herself a “Hulk” and Eats SEVEN Full Meals Per Day

If there has ever been a woman who can rightfully claim the title of "Hulk," it's undoubtedly Rapha Araujo. Known as FaFa Fitness in the online realm, she stands tall as the embodiment of sheer strength and hails from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.

In addition to her remarkable physical prowess, FaFa Fitness shared intriguing insights into her relentless dedication, including her insatiable appetite. To sculpt her incredibly chiseled physique, she diligently consumes seven wholesome meals each day.

The 37-year-old bombshell, from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has captured the hearts of 2.1 million TikTok followers who cannot get enough of her Herculean feats.

And Rapha has now credited her bulging biceps, ripped abs and muscly legs to the seven full-course meals she eats a day which include chicken, salmon, steak and six eggs.

When she's not pumping iron or flaunting her gains, Rapha is sharing her grueling workout routines, and devouring the multiple meals. 

And although she knows the importance of sculpting her body at the gym, she has also mastered balancing her nutrition and alternates between high-carb and low-carb days. 


The fitness fanatic consumes seven meals a day and ensures that her dishes are protein-packed and filled with fresh ingredients. 

On an average day, she will begin by eating two portions of cream of rice and three whole eggs. 

For her second meal, she munches on white rice and another three eggs. 

For meals three through seven she has white rice with chicken, steak or salmon. 

'On a normal day, my pre-workout meal consists of a protein shake with cream of rice, whey protein powder, and unsweetened almond milk. 

'After an intense workout, I replenish my energy with a hearty serving of rice, chicken or steak, and broccoli. For my third meal, I combine eggs and asparagus, followed by a protein shake, Karbolyn powder, whey protein, and some fruit and cottage cheese for my fourth meal. 

Holy moly, this woman's grocery bill has gotta be through the roof!

But seriously, her diet and fitness routine takes some serious dedication, and even though her physique isn't my personal preference, you gotta give credit where credit is due.
