During a show in Las Vegas, some person, either a fan or a foe (who knows?), decided to throw a cup of some mysterious liquid at her. As soon as she got splashed, Cardi wasted no time, grabbed her microphone, and chucked it into the crowd, aiming for the culprit.

While many agree that Cardi was completely justified throwing her mic at the jerk who toss a drink on her, some users online couldn't help but notice that Cardi, despite not having a microphone, was still able to be heard singing. How odd...

I mean, Cardi's not the only one; tons of singers do it nowadays, but it's just so funny to see it officially exposed like this.
It's crazy to think that if it weren't for that person throwing water on Cardi, we would've never known for sure that her whole performance was a total sham.
