Shocking surveillance video shows the three men posing as Seattle police, who also appear to be carrying handguns, kicking at the front door. As the door flies open, they immediately scurry away when bullets start flying.

The suspects could be seen using their jackets and gloves to avoid touching the screen door directly as one of them yells, “Seattle Police.”
Another suspect, dressed in a gray hoodie and sweatpants, then proceeds to try and kick the front door down, with an accomplice, dressed in all dark colors, helping him.
When the door refuses to budge, the men take turns ramming it with their shoulders.
As they continue to fail, a gunshot can be heard from inside the house.
The wannabe thieves, however, ignore it as the third suspect tries his luck at breaking through the door.
Then, a volley of gunfire can be heard coming from inside the house as the third man keeps trying to kick down the door.
The moment the suspect appears to point his gun at the front door, the glass on the exterior screen door shatters from the homeowner’s gunfire, just inches from the suspect’s face.
The burglar falls back in shock and flees the scene along with the other suspects.
Auburn police said they are still investigating the case and have reached out to the public to help identify the three burglars.
Hats off to this brave homeowner for defending their home.
Lord knows, this had to be nerve-wracking, with three men posing as officers trying to break down the front door of your home. But this homeowner kept calm and effectively kept their home safe.
