However, the men's U.S. hockey team just put all these other teams to shame with their unapologetic patriotism as they belted out the national anthem after winning the gold medal against Sweden.

From BizPacReview:
“…SO refreshing to see such pride from these young men!!!!”
Though readily wedged out in favor of walking off, kneeling, or alternative anthems, national pride was not wholly forgotten in the age of inclusivity. Standing, and singing, as proof of that, were the champions of the International Ice Hockey Federation Junior Championship from Team USA seen belting out “The Star-Spangled Banner” Friday after their gold medal victory against Sweden.
Comprised of athletes under the age of 20, the celebration following the 6-2 victory caught the attention of many, including commentator Megyn Kelly, who readily contrasted their pride with the oft-criticized displays from the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team and their since-retired “wokesperson,” Megan Rapinoe.
“[Attention] USA women’s soccer,” said Kelly sharing the snippet of the team’s rendition of the anthem lined up with arms across one another’s shoulders, “this is what is expected of you if you agree to wear America’s jersey. Otherwise LET SOMEONE ELSE DO IT. These boys show how it’s done. Listen up. God bless them and God bless America!”
It's heartwarming to see young men show such pride in their country. This entire scene really harkens back to the men's 1980 U.S. Olympic Hockey Team and the love they had for America when they emerged victorious over Russia.
