Top Comedians Under Fire For Alleged Child Sex Abuse Sketch That Included Minors

In response to allegations of child sex abuse made against her in a recent lawsuit, Tiffany Haddish has spoken out. On Monday morning, Haddish sent a statement to Instagram.

“I am aware that there are many questions. I got it. “I’m with you all the way,” she posted on Instagram. There isn’t much I can say at the moment because there is an active legal case, sadly.

According to the lawsuit, Haddish and comedian Aries Spears persuaded a girl, 14, and a boy, 7, to participate in sexually inappropriate video sketches beginning in 2013. One was allegedly uploaded to “Funny or Die” and was captioned “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes,” according to the brother and sister. The drawing reportedly disappeared in 2018.

But while it’s evident that this sketch was meant to be humorous, I regret having agreed to act in it because it wasn’t at all funny. As soon as I can, I truly hope to be able to talk a lot more about this scenario, Haddish continued.

Only “Jane Doe” and “John Doe” are used to identify the brother and sister in the filing. The petition states that in one alleged video, Haddish gave the two children instructions to begin “moaning and make sexual noises as they both ate [a] sandwich [from opposite ends] in a manner that imitated the act of fellatio.”

Haddish “verbally described to Plaintiff Jane Doe what was required of her and then demonstrated to Plaintiff Jane Doe how to give fellatio, including movements, noises, moaning, and groaning,” the statement read.

2014’s “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes” sketch “shows Spears lusting after the 7-year-old youngster and assaulting him throughout the video,” according to the report.

The lawsuit claims that Haddish “was there throughout the entire video’s recording and assisted, abetted, and witnessed Spears sexually assault a child.”
The two comedians are charged with sexual battery, sexual assault, willful misconduct, sexual harassment, and sexual abuse of a juvenile. Haddish is also charged with constructive fraud, negligent supervision/failure to warn, and breach of fiduciary duty. Andrew Brettler, Haddish’s attorney, referred to the accusations as “bogus claims.”

Every lawyer who first took on her case—and there were many—finally dropped it as it became obvious that the allegations were false and Ms. Haddish would not be blackmailed. Presently, Ms. Morris’ adult daughter is acting as her own counsel in this lawsuit. The results of taking this pointless action will be something they both have to deal with.

“He isn’t going to fall for any shakedown,” Spears’ attorney reportedly said to the New York Post. Due to the ongoing legal proceedings, the “Girls Trip” actress admitted she was unable to discuss the charges in greater depth.
