Not more than a few days after it was made public that TJ Holmes and Amy Robach will be participating in mediation with ABC during their on-air leave… there has been a significant change or improvement.
For those unaware, their relationship—which began while they were both still legally married to other people—was made public in November 2022. Pictures of them together showed them cuddling and having fun while they weren’t working.
Several weeks later, ABC put them on indefinite hiatus, and new co-hosts took over GMA3. ABC has been looking into what happened ever since.

According to a recent report by TMZ, TJ and Amy have officially broken up and will each get payment in accordance with the terms of their respective contracts. This past Thursday’s mediation with ABC was reportedly “very acrimonious,” with many accusations being made by both parties.
Amy was allegedly caught with alcoholic beverages in her locker room, which is against company policy. A source has stated that the charges are “crazy,” and that ABC executives are likely responsible for sending the booze. An other source revealed, “executives sent other on-air talent liquor as well,” further supporting the conclusion that her dismissal was premeditated.
After attending last year’s College Football National Championship, Amy was also accused of turning up to work under the influence of alcohol. That is absurd, the source informed TMZ; she was just exhausted.
Later, ABC informed them that some employees found their “behavior on set” to be “uncomfortable,” and that they also had not informed the network about their connection in a timely manner.
This report has been echoed by Page Six, which states, “They have not concluded mediation — but, yeah, that will be conclusion,” presumably referring to the fact that the couple will be finished at Good Morning America.
