Tiger Woods' Ex-Wife Wants No Part Of Current Lawsuits Pro Golfer Is Facing

Tiger Woods is now embroiled in two lawsuits brought forth by his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman, who is vying for damages after reportedly being evicted from a property they shared and for the right to withdraw from a nondisclosure contract she signed.

According to People magazine, Woods' ex-wife Elin Nordegren has no feelings or fears over her ex-legal husband's action. According to a close friend of Nordegren, she had "no interest" in the private life of the renowned golfer.

According to a source close to Nordegren, she is not concerned with this element of Tiger's life. "She is not concerned with his personal affairs or what transpires with any of his relationships. Her life at that point in time was long past."

Following a single-vehicle incident close to their Florida home, Woods exposed his infidelity, resulting in a high-profile breakup including Nordegren. The couple has two children together, and according to a source, their arguments have recently calmed down for the benefit of their kids.

"She likes that he is a terrific father but would never return with him. She has observed it over time, which has helped them develop a positive friendship. They get along nicely as coparents "the insider informed the publication.

Therefore, she must be certain that the kids are secure and content with Tiger, especially if the relationship develops into something more serious, the source continues. "She is really interested in that extent. nevertheless, not much else."

Herman is suing the Jupiter Irrevocable Trust for $30 million because she alleges that the trust's representatives used "trickery" to get her to leave the residence. She further clamed a "oral tenancy agreement" was broken when she was removed from the property.

Herman also wants to know exactly what she is permitted to say in accordance with the NDA. She argues that she shouldn't be bound by an NDA and cites the Speak Out Act as support. A nondisclosure or nondisparagement clause that has been agreed to before a dispute involving sexual assault or sexual harassment in violation of federal, tribal, or state law occurs is prohibited by the Speak Out Act, which was signed into law in 2022.

Herman is a "jilted ex-girlfriend," according to Woods' attorneys, and the Speak Out Act doesn't apply in this situation because she never reported any sexual assault.
