Former Mike Pence Advisor Tells Him to Take a Hike, and Endorses Trump

Mike Pence's dreams of becoming president seem to be getting bleaker by the day...

Keith Kellogg, who was the national security advisor to then-Vice President Mike Pence from 2018 to January 2021, recently made a noteworthy critique of his former boss while expressing his support for Trump's upcoming presidential campaign.

In a post he shared on Truth Social, Kellogg praised the former president and prominent contender for the 2024 GOP nomination.

Looking back on his years of service to the country, the retired Army lieutenant general said, "Out of all the leaders I've worked with, one person really stands out—President Donald J. Trump. His unwavering determination, clear vision for the United States, and the courage to stand by his positions truly make him unique."

From The New York Post:

“While President Trump has consistently put America first, prioritizing our citizens, our economy, and global standing, Pence’s actions have often seemed more focused on political maneuvering and maintaining his image,” he added.

Kellogg also expressed “disappointment” in Pence for “his recent actions regarding President Trump,” apparently referring to the 64-year-old’s criticism of Trump’s attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

“Where President Trump is bold and unafraid to challenge the status quo, Pence has often chosen the passive route, avoiding confrontation,” he said. “This lack of assertiveness, combined with an overreliance on failed political consultants like Marc Short, has demonstrated a laisse-faire [sic] leadership style unworthy of the presidency.”

While this certainly hits Pence hard, let's not overlook that Kellogg was the same person who was urging the former Vice President to expedite the certification of the 2020 election on January 6th.

Clearly, he's now playing a political game himself by wholeheartedly backing Trump.

It truly highlights the extent to which deceitful individuals are maneuvering in D.C.
