So it's not a huge surprise that Mike Pence is not giving Trump his endorsement, but never the less, Pence just had to make a point of refusing his support by further attempting to drag Trump through the mud by accusing him of going against conservative principles.
But one guy who's not going to sit around and watch Pence throw words like this is Leo Terrell as he just took direct aim at the former VP on social media:

In the interview, host Martha MacCallum asked him, “We have not heard from you, will you be endorsing your former president, you were on the ticket with him last time around?”
Pence responded by telling her, “I appreciate the question and it should come as no surprise that I will not be endorsing Donald Trump this year.”
“I’m incredibly proud of the record of our administration, it was a conservative record that made America more prosperous, more secure and saw conservatives appointed to our courts and a more peaceful world,” Pence explained.
After listing examples of where he has recently disagreed with Trump, Pence said, “Donald Trump is pursuing and articulating an agenda that is at odds with the conservative agenda that we governed on during our four years.”
“And that’s why I cannot in good conscience endorse Donald Trump in this campaign,” Pence added.
